Hot And Spicy Beer Cheese

Ingredients
  Sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), flat/stale
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Horse radish 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Franks red hot sauce/Tobasco sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a food processor grate the cheddar cheese and add all the spices and sauces and process again.
2)Add the beer in two parts to the mixture and process till smooth.

SERVING
3)Serve with pretzel or celery sticks.

TIPS
This side can be enjoyed on the same day or left overnight in the fridge and enjoyed the next day for added taste.
Salt and Pepper can also be added to this dish to enhance flavors.
