Artichokes With Dips

Ingredients
  Artichokes 48 Ounce (4 Artichokes, 10 -12 Ounce Each)
  Low sodium chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Ready To Serve)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
For onion mustard dip
  Finely chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
For buttery dill dip
  Butter flavored mix 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Reconstituted Natural)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Dried dill 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 4 Drop
Directions

Trim stems close to base of each artichoke.
Cut 1 inch off tops and trim sharp ends off each artichoke leaf.
Rinse and shake off excess water.
Place artichokes upright in 9-inch square baking dish.
Pour broth and lemon juice over artichokes.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 16 to 22 minutes, or until base is tender and bottom leaf pulls out easily, rearranging and basting with juices twice.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Serve with choice of dips.
