Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Chopped sweet gherkins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Eggless mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared white horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chili sauce/Cocktail sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in all remaining Ingredients, adding hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
