Veggie Platter With Dip
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream/Plain yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable sticks||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Or Chunks)|
In blender or food processor, beat together cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth; spoon into bowl.
Stir in parsley, green onion, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in center of large platter; surround with raw vegetables.
