Crispy Pearl Onions With Horseradish Sauce

A dish to make pearl onions much more tastier and enjoyable. Fry the onions and eat them with a spicy dip of your choice.
Ingredients
  Pearl onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canola oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ice water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak pearl onions in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. The soak them in ice water for 2 minutes and drain. Remove stem, ends and skin. Now put the onions in a bowl and put flour, paprika and oregano over it and coat it well. Then crack an egg over it. The mixture should be gooey. Roll the onions in flour and deep fry them in Canola oil at 375 F or till golden brown. Serve them with horseradish dipping sauce.

Horseradish sauce
Mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth paste and serve.
