Roasted Garlic Dip
|Roasted garlic bulb||1|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped chives/Green onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetables/Chips or crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Squeeze garlic from bulb and mash.
Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate, covered, for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
