Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
  Roasted garlic bulb 1
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped chives/Green onions 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetables/Chips or crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Squeeze garlic from bulb and mash.
Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Refrigerate, covered, for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
