Avocado Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe avocado 1 Large, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  Shallots 2 , chopped
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Dried tarragon/1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Dip can be prepared 1 day ahead.
