Ingredients
  Pork and beans 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Whirl pork and beans, onion, molasses and mustard in a covered electric-blender container until smooth. (If you do not have a blender, press beans through a sieve; grate the onion instead of" quartering, then mix all ingredients together.)
