|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce, drained and cut into fourths (1 Can)|
1. Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on medium-high (70%) 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until hot.
2. Serve warm with thin slices French bread or rye crakers if desired.
