Cheese Pecan Dip

Ingredients
  Egg 3
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Beat eggs well; add sugar and vinegar.
Cook over boiling water until thickened; cool slightly.
Beat in cheese; fold in green pepper, onion and pecans.
Chill for 2 hours or until ready to use.
