Hot Pepper Cheese Party Dip
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Dairy sour cream/Light sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton Or 1 Cup)|
|Hot pepper monterey jack cheese||8 Ounce, shredded (Or 2 Cup)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned diced pimiento||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Sliced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Tortilla chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
By hand, stir in all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
