Hot Pepper Cheese Party Dip

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Dairy sour cream/Light sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton Or 1 Cup)
  Hot pepper monterey jack cheese 8 Ounce, shredded (Or 2 Cup)
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned diced pimiento 2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
By hand, stir in all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
