Chili Cheese Dip
|Processed american cheese||1 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes (1 Block)|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned chili without beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||To Taste|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
Combine cheese, onion powder, butter, chili, chili powder, and hot sauce in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 10 to 14 minutes.
Stir well after 5 to 7 minutes of microwaving.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
