Mock Oyster Dip
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Minced onion||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained and minced (1 Can)|
|Garlic flavored cheese spread||6 Ounce, cut in pieces (1 Package)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Pierce broccoli package and place on paper plate.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain well and set aside.
Microwave butter in a 2-quart casserole at HIGH 30 seconds to melt.
Stir in onion.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir well after 3 minutes.
Add soup, mushrooms, cheese spread, and hot sauce.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
Stir in cooked broccoli and salt.
