Hot Garlic and Bleu Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Freshly grated)|
|Garlic||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Blue cheese||4 Tablespoon (Reserve 1 Teaspoon for later)|
|Chives||2 Teaspoon, chopped (Fresh)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a blender, put the cream cheese, blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, chives, and blend it all together while you slowly keep adding heavy cream in between.
2. Remove the blended dip in a dip dish and drizzle some of the blue cheese you reserved.
3. This dip is perfect to go with chips when you have your friends over for a get together.
