Duo Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Bottled)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Boiling water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Process cheese spread 4 Ounce, shredded
  Process swiss cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

In blazer pan of chafing dish melt butter over direct heat; blend in flour, onion, hot pepper sauce, and pepper.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; add to flour mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add cheeses; heat, stirring constantly, till melted.
Keep warm over hot water.
Serve with fully-cooked ham cubes, garlic bread sticks, rye melba toast, or rye crackers.
