Coral Island Dip

Ingredients
  Lobster paste/1 (2- to 3-oz) can drained smoked oysters 3 Ounce (1 can)
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion 1
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soft cream cheese 4 Ounce (1 package, plain or pimento)
  Hot red pepper sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Measure the first eight ingredients into the electric blender and blend for half a minute or until smooth.
Or chop ingredients and beat with electric mixer or cream together with a spoon.
Add the cheese and beat until .smooth.
Taste for seasoning; add a few drops red-pepper sauce.
If dip is too thick, work in a little more sour cream.
