Coral Island Dip
|Lobster paste/1 (2- to 3-oz) can drained smoked oysters||3 Ounce (1 can)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onion||1|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soft cream cheese||4 Ounce (1 package, plain or pimento)|
|Hot red pepper sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Measure the first eight ingredients into the electric blender and blend for half a minute or until smooth.
Or chop ingredients and beat with electric mixer or cream together with a spoon.
Add the cheese and beat until .smooth.
Taste for seasoning; add a few drops red-pepper sauce.
If dip is too thick, work in a little more sour cream.
