Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  Chopped frozen spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable soup mix 19 Ounce (1 Package, Knorr)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 4 Tablespoon
Directions

In a blender or a food processor, blend spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise until mixture is smooth.
Add soup mix, water chestnuts, and onion.
Blend just until mixed through.
Let stand for 2 hours before serving, to allow flavours to blend.
To serve, pour into a round, hollowed-out loaf of white or pumpernickel bread.
Cut up the bread you removed from the loaf into bite-sized pieces for dipping in the spinach dip.
