|Chopped frozen spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable soup mix||19 Ounce (1 Package, Knorr)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Chopped onion||4 Tablespoon|
In a blender or a food processor, blend spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise until mixture is smooth.
Add soup mix, water chestnuts, and onion.
Blend just until mixed through.
Let stand for 2 hours before serving, to allow flavours to blend.
To serve, pour into a round, hollowed-out loaf of white or pumpernickel bread.
Cut up the bread you removed from the loaf into bite-sized pieces for dipping in the spinach dip.
