1 cup sour cream
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 pound ham, diced
3/4 cup (3 oz.) Sargento Fancy
2 green onions, thinly sliced
In food processor, blender or electric mixer, combine Ricotta cheese and sour cream; process until smooth.
