Cheese And Walnut Dip

Ingredients
  Wensleydale cheese/Mild soft cheese 1 Pound
  Top of the milk 1⁄3 Pint
  Onion 1 Ounce, peeled and grated
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Walnuts 1 1⁄2 Ounce, finely chopped
Directions

With a fork, work the cheese until creamy, adding the milk a little at a time. Beat in the grated onion, tomato paste to taste and seasoning. Finally fold in the chopped walnuts. Serve with crisps, crackers and pretzels. Makes 600 ml (1 pint)
