Ingredients
  Ripe avocados/Null 2 Large (Null)
  Lemon juice/Null 3 Tablespoon (Or Lime Juice)
  Garlic/Null 1 Clove (5 gm), minced / pressed (Null)
  Chopped fresh cilantro/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Canned green chiles/Null 4 , rinsed seeded and chopped (Null)
  Tomato/Null 1 Medium, peeled, seeded, and chopped (Null)
  Minced jalapeno/Serrano 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Salt/Null To Taste (Null)
  Fresh cilantro sprigs/Null 2 (Null)
Directions

Repare Fried Tortilla Chips; set aside.
Pit avocados and scoop out pulp.
Mash pulp coarsely with a fork; blend in lemon juice, garlic, chopped cilantro, green chiles, and tomato.
If desired, add jalapeno chiles to taste.
Season to taste with salt.
Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
