Lamb Meatballs With Curry Dip
|Lean ground lamb||2 Pound|
|Finely minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced fresh ginger root||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry dip||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well.
Shape mixture into 60 ( 1 1/4-inch) meatballs.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Arrange meatballs on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Broil 8 o 10 minutes or until browned, turning frequently.
Remove from oven, and sprinkle withemon juicE
