Avocado Dip

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Large
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut avocado in half, remove stone, scoop all the flesh into a bowl, add the softened cheese and mayonnaise.
Blend together well.
Add lemon juice salt, pepper and grated onion, mix well.
Use as a dip or savoury spread for toast and biscuits
