Light Spinach Dip With Water Chestnuts
|Nonfat cottage cheese/12 ounce fat-free sour cream||12 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Fat free mayonnaise/Miracle whip||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Kraft)|
|Dry vegetable soup mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/4 Cup, Knorr)|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned chopped water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Process cottage cheese in food processor or blender until smooth.
Place in medium bowl and set aside.
Press spinach between paper towels until barely moist.
Add spinach and remaining ingredients to cheese mixture; stir well.
Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
