Cheese And Coriander Dip

  Thick curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh cream 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Beat curd and cream together, till well blended.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and mustard and mix well, add grated onion and cheese and chopped coriander just before-serving.
