Quick Rosemary And White Bean Dip
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Rosemary leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Cannellini beans||14 Ounce, drained, rinsed|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , freshly squeezed|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1. Pulse your garlic and rosemary for a few seconds in a food processor.
2. Add your white beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper & olive oil into the processor and pulse until smooth. If you like your dip to be a little thinner, feel free to add a splash of water or a little more olive oil.
