|Sharp natural cheddar cheese||8 Ounce|
|Light cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Let cheese come to room temperature; cut in cubes.
Add cream and mustard.
Beat with electric mixer or blender until almost smooth.
Cut unpared apples in slices; arrange around bowl of cheese dip.
