|Bottled horseradish relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Combine whipped cream, mayonnaise, horse-radish relish and dry mustard; blend well.
Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place into serving bowl.
Place all kinds of interesting titbits in sauce, such as shelled prawns, oysters, ripe olives, water chestnuts, raw vegetables, etc.
Each guest arms himself with a cocktail stick and 'fishes' in the sauce.
