|Canned tuna||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Softened butter||2 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives/Spring onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||To Taste|
Drain tuna, rub through fine sieve or blend in electric blender with eggs until well combined and smooth.
Add softened butter, parsley, chives or spring onion.
Blend on low speed or mix until well combined.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
