3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 small onions, chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped pimiento

Melt butter in medium skillet; add onion and celery and cook until soft.
Add flour, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
If sauce is too thick, add more milk.
