Dried Beef Dip
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small Curd)|
|Skim milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried beef||2 1⁄2 (1 Envelope)|
Place cottage cheese and milk in blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; blend on low speed until beef is shredded and evenly distributed throughout cheese mixture, about 3 minutes.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
