Fruit N Cheese Dip
|Skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Large curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dry)|
|Safflower oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soda crackers||12 (2 X 2 Inches)|
|Orange||1 Large, pared and cut into cubes|
|Red apple||1 Large, cut into wedges|
Place milk, lemon juice, cottage cheese, oil and seasonings in blender; blend 15 seconds.
Scrape sides with rubber spatula.
Blend about 1 minute longer or until smooth.
Cover; refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
To serve, mound cheese dip in a small bowl and place on tray with crackers for clipping.
Insert picks in orange cubes and apple wedges; arrange on tray.
