Fruit N Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Large curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dry)
  Safflower oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda crackers 12 (2 X 2 Inches)
  Orange 1 Large, pared and cut into cubes
  Red apple 1 Large, cut into wedges
Directions

Place milk, lemon juice, cottage cheese, oil and seasonings in blender; blend 15 seconds.
Scrape sides with rubber spatula.
Blend about 1 minute longer or until smooth.
Cover; refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
To serve, mound cheese dip in a small bowl and place on tray with crackers for clipping.
Insert picks in orange cubes and apple wedges; arrange on tray.
