Hot Dip For Raw Vegetables
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm)|
|Olive oil||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Anchovies||4 Ounce, finely chopped|
Chop garlic very finely and leave it in the milk for a few hours to remove some of its pungency.
Put oil and butter in a heatproof earthenware pot, add anchovies and drained garlic and cook on very low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
