Raw Vegetables Sewed With A Dip

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 , diagonally sliced
  Capsicum 2 , deseeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
  Mushrooms 12 , slightly boiled in salted water
  Broccoli florets 12 , boiled in salted water
  Radish 2 , cut into long slices
  Cucumber 2 , cut into long slices
  Celery stalks 2 , cut into 2 inch pieces
  Red radish 12 Small, cut into two
Directions

1. Put the curd dip in a small bowl and place it in the centre of a large flat glass dish.
2. Decorate with the assorted vegetables and serve as a snack for evening cocktails. It is very refreshing and a good change from the fried snacks.
