1 boneless chicken breast half (4 to 5 oz.) skin removed
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup milk
Place chicken in 9-inch round baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 2 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
Unwrap spinach and place on plate.
Microwave at High for 4 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until warm.
