  Fresh fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Sliced Melon, Strawberries, Pineapple, Etc., 1 Platter)
  Low-fat cottage cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blackberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all dip ingredients in a blender until smooth.
This fruit platter is an ideal dessert for a party buffet.
