Onion Slim Dip

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nonfat cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Dry onion soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
Directions

Mix skim milk and cottage cheese in blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes.
Stir in onion soup mix.
Chill one hour.
