Ingredients
  Minced chives 1 Tablespoon
  Minced tarragon 1 Tablespoon
  Minced watercress 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 2 , peeled and cut in thin sticks
  Celery stalks 2 , cut in thick sticks
  Broccoli 1⁄3 Pound, cut in flowerets
  Cauliflower head 1⁄2 Small, cut in flowerets
Directions

In a small bowl, combine chives, tarragon, watercress, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir in yogurt and sour cream.
