Fresh Herb Dip
|Minced chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced tarragon||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced watercress||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 , peeled and cut in thin sticks|
|Celery stalks||2 , cut in thick sticks|
|Broccoli||1⁄3 Pound, cut in flowerets|
|Cauliflower head||1⁄2 Small, cut in flowerets|
In a small bowl, combine chives, tarragon, watercress, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir in yogurt and sour cream.
