Pepperoncini Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  1% low fat cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light process cream cheese product 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Non fat sour cream alternative 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned chopped pepperoncini peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepperoncini pepper 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl; stir in chopped peppers, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
Garnish with a pepperoncini pepper, if desired.
