Pepperoncini Cheese Dip
|1% low fat cottage cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light process cream cheese product||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Non fat sour cream alternative||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned chopped pepperoncini peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Pepperoncini pepper||1 (For Garnish)|
Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl; stir in chopped peppers, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
Garnish with a pepperoncini pepper, if desired.
