Buffalo Chicken Dip
|Chicken breast||1 Pound|
|Hot sauce||12 Ounce (1 Jar, Crystal)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Block)|
|Chunky blue cheese dressing||16 Ounce (1 Jar, Marie's)|
|Colby jack cheese/Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, shredded (1 Bag)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chicken breast until cooked.
Shred chicken into pieces (fine/chunky depending on how you like it).
Pour hot sauce on chicken (as much /little as you like.
I use half the bottle so everyone can enjoy it).
Marinate chicken and hot sauce for approximately 2 hours in refrigerator.
Blend together the cream cheese, blue cheese and 1/2 bag shredded cheese in a bowl.
Add marinated chicken to mixture and mix well.
Place the mix in a baking dish and put the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted completely.
