Layered Dip Italiano
|Cheese spread||8 Ounce (1 Container, Such As Goat Or Flavored Cream Cheese)|
|Pesto||3 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Olive salad||2 Tablespoon|
|Sun dried tomatoes||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lettuce leaves||2 (For Garnish)|
|Assorted crackers/Sliced baguette||1 Cup (16 tbs), purchase a container of spreadable cheese and pesto. choose one or two of the other ingredients (For Serving)|
Line a small, deep bowl with plastic wrap.
Push several heaping spoonfuls of the spreadable cheese into the bottom of the bowl.
Cover with a layer of pesto.
Add a layer of one of the other ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Arrange some lettuce leaves, such as red leaf, on a platter.
Unmold the layered dip.
Use assorted crackers or sliced baguette to spread the dip.
