Ingredients
  Cheese spread 8 Ounce (1 Container, Such As Goat Or Flavored Cream Cheese)
  Pesto 3 Ounce (1 Container)
  Olive salad 2 Tablespoon
  Eggplant 1 Small
  Sun dried tomatoes 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lettuce leaves 2 (For Garnish)
  Assorted crackers/Sliced baguette 1 Cup (16 tbs), purchase a container of spreadable cheese and pesto. choose one or two of the other ingredients (For Serving)
Directions

Line a small, deep bowl with plastic wrap.
Push several heaping spoonfuls of the spreadable cheese into the bottom of the bowl.
Cover with a layer of pesto.
Add a layer of one of the other ingredients.
Repeat layers.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Arrange some lettuce leaves, such as red leaf, on a platter.
Unmold the layered dip.
Use assorted crackers or sliced baguette to spread the dip.
