Zippy Cranberry Dip

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 1 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potato chips/Frito scoops / your favorite chips 1 Pound (To Serve)
Directions

Wash and sort fresh cranberries.
Place in a saucepan, add water and salt, bring to a boil.
Cook only until cranberries begin to pop.
Remove from heat and force cranberries through a sieve to remove seeds.
Return puree to saucepan and add sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Pour into a mold.
Chill until set.
Remove from mold just before serving.
