Seaside Cheese Dip
|Canned minced clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese spread||10 Ounce, softened (2 Jars, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, chopped|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
Drain clams, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine drained clams, reserved clam juice, sharp Cheddar cheese spread, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper and onions.
Microwave at medium (5) 6 to 9 minutes; stir after 4 minutes.
