Avocado Dip

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Large
  Onion juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Curry powder 1 Dash
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel avocado and remove seed.
Mash to smooth pulp and mix with remaining ingredients.
Use as dip for potato chips, cauliflowerets, diagonally cut carrot slices, or tiny cheese crackers.
For variety, use horseradish or Worcestershire in place of curry powder.
