Ingredients
  Nonfat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Low sodium instant chicken broth mix 1 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Use as a dressing or dip for fresh vegetables; as a sauce for fish or chicken; as a salad dressing; or as a sandwich spread.
