Warm Spinach Dip In A Bread Bowl
|Creamed spinach||18 Ounce, Defrosted (2 Packages, 9 Ounces Each)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||5 Ounce (1 1/3 Cups)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained, chopped (1 Can / 1 Cup)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bread loaf/3 loaves, 1/2 pound each||1 Pound (Round)|
COMBINE spinach, Swiss cheese, water chestnuts, Parmesan cheese, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
SLICE top off loaf; carefully remove soft bread from inside, leaving 1/2-inch shell.
Cut top crust and soft bread into bite-size pieces.
Spoon filling into shell; wrap loaf in foil, leaving filling exposed.
BAKE in preheated 400° F. oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
