Shrimp Cucumber Dip

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium, unpeeled
  Cream-style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and coarsely chopped (1 Can)
  Assorted vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Dipping)
Directions

HaIve cucumber length wise; remove seeds, and discard.
Shred enough cucumber to make 1 cup; drain.
Combine the shredded cucumber, cottage cheese, onion, vinegar, and horseradish.
Beat till smooth with electric mixer.
Stir in shrimp.
