Berry Good Fruit Dip
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non fat vanilla yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen whipped dessert topping||4 Ounce, thawed (Light, 1/2 Of An 8-Ounce Container)|
|Apple wedges/Pear wedges / whole strawberries / other fruit dippers||4|
Place the 1 cup strawberries in a blender container or food processor bowl.
Cover and blend or process until smooth.
In a medium bowl stir together the pureed strawberries, yogurt, cinnamon, 'and ginger.
Fold in the dessert topping.
Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
Transfer the yogurt mixture to a serving dish.
