Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Rice wine vinegar/1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger root 1 Teaspoon (Finely Shredded)
  Red cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to blend.
