Creamy Crab Dip

Ken based creamy crab dip recipe is based on a crab boil, and it includes corn kernels and Old Bay.
Ingredients
  Ears of corn 2
  Vidalia onions 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Miracle whip/Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Old bay seasoning To Taste
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the corn kernels off the cob and place in a skillet along with onion and a little coconut oil. Saute until the onions are almost caramelized.

Combine veggies with Miracle Whip, sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, crab meat, Old Bay, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place mixture in a baking dish and cover with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve hot.
