Ranch Mustard Dip

Ingredients
  Whole pimientos 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Reduced calorie ranch dressing 5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon, 16 Calories Per Tablespoon)
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Plain non fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Non fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (10 Calories Per Tablespoon)
Directions

1. In food processor or blender, puree pimientos. Add dressing and mustard; process until combined.
2. Transfer mixture to medium bowl; whisk in yogurt and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
