Ranch Mustard Dip

|Whole pimientos||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Reduced calorie ranch dressing||5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon, 16 Calories Per Tablespoon)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Non fat sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (10 Calories Per Tablespoon)|
1. In food processor or blender, puree pimientos. Add dressing and mustard; process until combined.
2. Transfer mixture to medium bowl; whisk in yogurt and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
